Chechnya - Finding Themselves

As the investigation of the Boston bombing continues and as all sides are looking to know if the brothers acted alone, their history, who knew what and when. Chechnya seems to be distancing themselves from them. Although both their father and mother have spoken against the Govt, we know that the eldest brother received some training there.
